some general troubleshooting tips for your remote:
- Make sure that the batteries in your remote are fresh and properly installed.
- Check that there are no obstructions between the remote and the Onn 4k streaming box.
- Try resetting your remote by removing the batteries and pressing all of the buttons for 10 seconds before replacing the batteries.
- If you’re still having trouble, try pairing your remote with your Onn 4k streaming box again. To do this, press and hold the “Home” button on your remote for 10 seconds until the LED light on the front of the remote starts flashing. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.
